Cortar o pão em pedaços e misturar ao leite&amp;nbsp;com a ajuda da&amp;nbsp;espátula.&amp;nbsp;Quando estiver bem molinho,&amp;nbsp;juntar&amp;nbsp;os restantes ingredientes, excepto&amp;nbsp;a casca do limão&amp;nbsp;e programar 1min., vel.5.&lt;br /&gt;
Untar uma forma de silicone com caramelo líquido e&amp;nbsp;colocar o preparado adicionando a casca de limão.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao microondas por 16m,&amp;nbsp;700W.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloca-se a borboleta na lâmina e bate-se as gemas com o açúcar e a casca do limão durante 5 min., na vel. 3. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A casca de limão, convém ir o mais inteira possível, ou em pedaços bem grandes, para se conseguir retirar no fim. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3b3b3b; font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia, &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, serif; font-size: large;"&gt;Junta-se o leite, o pau de canela e a farinha e programa-se 10 min., temp. 90, vel. 3. No fim deverá ter a consistência de um creme (reserva-se).&lt;br /&gt;

Quando estiver pronto, retira-se a casca do limão e o pau de canela. Liga-se o forno para ir aquecendo até aos 180.ºC. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto isso&amp;nbsp;bate-se as claras em castelo bem firme. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #3b3b3b; font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia, &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, serif; font-size: large;"&gt;Junta-se as claras ao creme, delicadamente, sem bater e envolvendo de baixo para cima. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloca-se colheradas grandes da massa num tabuleiro de barro (pode ser usado um pirex) de forma irregular e desencontrada, a partir do centro para os bordos do prato, para abrir as famosas rachas enquanto coze no forno. Polvilha-se com bastante canela. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leva-se ao forno a 180.ºC. Quando as rachas começarem a surgir, baixar o forno para os 150.ºC até estar completamente cozido (cerca de mais 20 minutos). Retira-se do forno e deixa-se arrefecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Coloca-se o tomate e o açúcar no copo e tritura-se uns &lt;strong&gt;segundos na vel. 6.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Junta-se os paus de canela e programa-se &lt;strong&gt;20 minutos, temp. 100ºC, vel. 2 colher inversa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Passados os 20 minutos, programa-se mais &lt;strong&gt;15 min., temp. Varoma, vel. 2 inversa&lt;/strong&gt;, coloca-se o cesto por cima para não saltar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;* &lt;/span&gt;1 placa retangular de massa folhada fresca (comprei&amp;nbsp;a do&amp;nbsp;LIDL) &lt;br /&gt;
* açúcar para polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
No tabuleiro&amp;nbsp;do forno colocar&amp;nbsp;um tapete de silicone, também pode ser papel vegetal&amp;nbsp;. &lt;br /&gt;
﻿﻿Desenrolar a massa. Polvilhar com açúcar de ambos os lados.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Depois&amp;nbsp;enrolar as extremidades até ao meio.&lt;br /&gt;
Corta-se com a espessura&amp;nbsp;que quisermos&amp;nbsp;e no mesmo tapete de silicone vai ao forno a 200º, até dourarem. &lt;br /&gt;
﻿O Tempo de depende do forno, o melhor é controlar a tª e vigiar para não queimarem antes da massa folhar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;em&gt;Ingredientes:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 Chávenas de Nestum com mel&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 Chávenas de Farinha&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 Chavena de Açucar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 Chávena de Óleo&lt;br /&gt;
* 6 Ovos&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 Colher de sobremesa de Fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no copo todos os ingredientes, excepto a farinha e o fermento, programar 5min., vel.4.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar a farinha e o fermento e programar 20 seg., vel. 3.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar numa forma de silicone passada por água fria e levar ao forno a 180º durante 35min.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Receita:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
* 800 gr de abóbora&lt;br /&gt;
* 500 gr de açucar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 pau de canela&lt;br /&gt;
* Nozes trituradas (os pedaços e a quantidade depende do gosto de cada um)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar a abóbora aos quadrados.&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar no copo a abóbora e o açucar, triturar alguns segundos na vel. 5 (conforme o gosto).&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o pau de canela e programar 30min., tepm 100, vel.1.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando acabar, programar novamente 20 min., temp. varoma, vel. 1.&lt;br /&gt;
Por fim juntar as nozes e envolver com a espátula.&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar o doce em frascos.&lt;br /&gt;

Derreter o chocolate com a manteiga durante 5 min., vel. 4, temp 50º. &lt;br /&gt;
Juntar os ovos, o açucar e a farinha e programar 2 min., vel. 6.&lt;br /&gt;
Untar as formas com manteiga e levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 250º, durante 6 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Já está,&amp;nbsp;é Fácil e muito saboroso. &lt;br /&gt;
